My Story
I am a Clinical Psychologist Registrar with special interests and skills in working with parents, children, and families. I have experience working in public and private hospital and community settings, particularly in the fields of perinatal and infant mental health and developmental trauma.

My practice is relational and trauma-informed, and I use a warm and empathic approach to create a safe and supportive space for my clients. The evidence-based frameworks that inform my work include attachment theory, Mentalisation Based Treatment (MBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness, and I can draw on these frameworks to meet the individual needs of my clients. I have completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and utilise this approach to support clients who have experienced trauma.
